Well it took us a while to figure out how to use this model hence only 4 stars. After re-reading the instructions for the reheat sensor, we really got to grips with this feature. We put leftovers or other dishes too dry. If we added some water to allow the sensor to work it would be much better. We've found that when we use a food lid, the sensor typically starts timing when our food is just right. If not, it's easy to let it run for a while to get the right temperature. Other features like the minimum time of 10 seconds took some getting used to, but ok now. Noisy as others have mentioned but not terrible. The door is a dream. It closes so easily. Fingerprints need to be wiped away, but it's stainless steel. We have an old microwave in our guest room so everyone is happy now.
