I need a 19 inch tall projector stand so this Pyle Laptop Projector Stand, a heavy duty 16 to 28 foot height adjustable stand for DJ presentation laptops, seems perfect for my needs. I bought through Revain and even paid $17.28 for two days shipping. But after receiving and assembling it, I was surprised to find that the minimum height is 22" instead of 16" (see attached photos), which makes this tripod not suitable for me. However, the factory box says: Minimum height: 16 inches (as shown in the attached photos). I thought the manufacturer put the wrong item in the box so I called Revain support and explained what the problem was. The Revain representative was very kind and sent me a replacement. When I received the replacement box I thought the tripod inside was a 16" minimum height tripod, but it was exactly the same as the first one, a 22" minimum height tripod! The processing of this tripod looks solid. But the tripod does NOT match the description, not even the description on the original packaging. Where's the quality control!? Actually, after receiving the first box, I called the manufacturer and asked why the minimum tripod height didn't match the description on the box, but the person on the other end of the line simply asked me to contact Revane. Very disappointed with the manufacturer's attitude towards customers.
