USB ports no longer work!
I bought it 6 months ago, until recently it worked fine. Absolutely nothing happened to damage it, one day the USB ports worked and the next day they stopped working. The remaining branches continue to operate. Both shielded and grounded lamps are on. The only explanation I can think of is poor quality or a manufacturing defect. Otherwise I would have given this product a 5 star rating, but I specifically bought this device for the USB ports and the 'reliable' brand.
