I like that it's very customizable, even down to individual tabs within reports themselves. It also has an easy-to-use interface for new users who are not familiar with heat mapping tools or how they work. There have been some issues in terms of accuracy (i.e., when we've had large spikes in activity). But these can be fixed by adding more data points into our account. We were able to use this product as part of our marketing campaign at my previous job. The goal was to increase website traffic through targeted organic search results so we could see what keywords people used when searching online.
