The customer service has always been great! I have never had any issues with them since we started doing business together over 4 years ago now!! They are extremely reliable when it comes to working out billing questions or other technical problems that may arise from time-to-time (which happens more often than you would think!). It's all about consistency in our industry so being able to count on their product as well as they deliver makes us feel very comfortable knowing what will be coming next month at least 3 months ahead before hand for invoicing purposes. Nothing really - but if there was something then probably nothing too serious anyways because everything works just fine between ourselves :).
