Perfect for my loving number 2! πŸ”’

This is the perfect puzzle for my 2 year old! He loves to. My little budding mathematician is obsessed with identifying numbers and loves to point them out when I ask him to. He's 24 months old and can't speak fully yet, so I hope working with this picture will also help him understand the words faster. The following images will also help you learn to count. Compared to the big jigsaw puzzle in the shape of Melissa and Doug that we have with big handles, this jigsaw puzzle is less solid and not as strong. It is much thinner and will not support a teething child. If your child is still chewing on everything they see, it probably won't last long. The only thing I would have liked to be different is the colors! The numbers are a different color than the image below. My son is used to his other M&D puzzles which have the same colored puzzle pieces and pictures underneath. EXAMPLE: He takes the BLUE nine and is embarrassed because the nine colors underneath it are RED. If they matched colors and images it would be more like our other jigsaw puzzles. It makes things harder, so maybe that makes sense! Another issue: while I'm glad there is a 0 in this puzzle, my son is frustrated because he's used to counting to 10. Overall this is great and would make a great 2nd birthday gift! I also accidentally ordered a 3 piece set which is a better deal! It includes this puzzle, ABC, and colored fish for around $13-$14. This is basically a free puzzle game. Instead, I recommend buying a larger set! Hope that helps! 🧩
