This is a really good bag as described. It's big enough to carry whatever I want and still fits in my computer bag if I need to carry it around. The fittings are still strong, the fabric is smooth and well colored. I bought a black one and it's a real black one. Despite being lightweight, it keeps its shape and stays flexible in the right places. The strap is ideal for carrying over the shoulder or as an extension for use as a crossbody bag. The hardware that attaches the strap is conveniently centered between the two large zippered sections to allow for better balance when carrying (I hate when the strap attaches front or back and the bag falls forward/back when it is filled). Attention has been paid to small details and it is exactly what I need to carry with me every day. I ended up coloring the patch I had with a gold fabric marker to match the gold hardware and ironing it on the front of this bag to personalize it to my liking (400 degrees Fahrenheit is some nylons , which have a melting point of 420 degrees Fahrenheit) and it worked great.
