good solid monopod.
Glad I brought this to the conference. Many rooms were underlit and dark, so I had to increase the ISO and shoot at a slower shutter speed, surprised that my 80-400mm f/4.5 lens was supported. The tripod legs can be at different angles, if I wanted to go higher than the monopod can go, I just adjusted the angle a bit steeper and it was fine.
