My order of this product was very defective but a very helpful company sent me a new one. Haven't tried the new one and will update my review with this information as it becomes available. I would never consider myself to be reviewing an item that I have returned. This thing is part of you-know-what. I'll tell you everything that was wrong with me: 1. The keyboard didn't work 2. The cursor was almost invisible, ie. I was wondering if I was hitting enter on the right item and it only worked half the time. 3. The screen doesn't fit, so inches have been cut off top to bottom and sides. 4. I've tried signing in to hulu, amazon prime, netflix, cbs, and vudo. I can only log into my account using Google Play. 5. A shaky image that was accidentally interrupted for a second.
