I always buy waterproof - who needs raccoon eyes? I'm sure I've bought Clinique before and have loved all of their products. It flakes off terribly by the end of the first day. I don't apply it heavily or even regularly. I always wipe off as much of the applicator as possible, then wipe again lightly with a tissue to avoid using too much. Even with this very, very light application, it was a slight black sheen that lasts forever! Very disappointed.
