I am new to the world of towing. I bought a cargo hitch and installed it in my hitch receiver. I immediately noticed a hesitation. I installed one of these and the wobble was completely eliminated and the connection was much tighter. I went to the hardware store and bought two more nuts. I wish this would have come with my truck. In any case, I think the money was well spent.
