I will never buy an ELING product again. The product is of poor quality and the customer service is even worse. When I received my GPS Speedometer I did a visual inspection and noticed the antenna cable was loose and disconnected from the connector. I figured it would be an easy replacement so I went ahead and installed a speedometer on my bike. When I held the free antenna cable everything worked as advertised, but when I let go the signal dropped because the cable was unable to make proper contact in the damaged state. I informed ELING about the damaged antenna I had received and asked if they could replace it. Over 48 hours later they emailed me ASIN # and said best regards as if I was responsible for replacing the damaged part they shipped. I immediately called Revain and asked them to intervene. After little to no help, they told me I could return my entire order (including the speedometer) or they could give me a $15 gift card for a new antenna cable that is $15.99 + $19.00 for the cable costs. shipped and will not arrive until September 23, 2020 (about 2 months from the day I emailed ELING). I didn't want to take the speedo off as it was bolted to my bike and worked great with a good antenna cable. So now I've had to spend about $20 to fix a problem I didn't create and I'm stuck with a non-working speedometer on my bike until a new one is expected on September 23, and both Revain and also ELING seem to be doing this in perfect order. with this. As a customer, I have never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life. I wonder if they'll go along with the speeding tickets I'm getting in the meantime.
