Review on Tarriss RFID Blocking Neck Wallet by Becky Dahl

I am very happy with this purchase! Last year I was stuck at different airports for FIVE DAYS due to the weather and the resulting airline chaos. (In the middle I had already accumulated 11 boarding passes for a day trip). I ended up insane with stress and lack of sleep. You're an easy target when you're that tired, and I vowed never to get on a plane with an ordinary purse again. I worried that when I fell asleep I would wake up with my stolen purse, and when I was awake I worried that I would leave it in the closet or lose it in a daze. I spent a lot of time comparing each pass. Wallet on Revain and other sites and eventually settled on this one. When it arrived it exceeded all of my expectations. I'm obviously a female traveler but I have some comments for men who are also looking at this product. That's why this product was the best for me - The plastic case for the ID display is closed with an RFID flap (with Velcro). It doesn't make sense to me why most companies advertise RFID protection and then make travelers vulnerable by having an external plastic ID slot (easy to scan) - especially since most travelers use their "Trusted Traveler Card" " into this slot. - subtle branding (dark brown on black) by Tarriss. Nothing says "come steal me" quite like a garish neon brand advertising "high security" on a shoulder bag. What did the others think? - Close the zips on the side compartments and disappear under the fabric flaps - then under the front flap. In no case can a thief open them without opening the velcro flap and making a noise that will wake you up when you are napping in the waiting room. Very smart. TWO separate zippered side pockets. One page is for passport only. Other money side with additional card slots. I don't want my money to fall out when I show my passport. Black zippers (not silver) - additional deep pocket on the back for boarding passes only. I only have two hands and when I sit down I have my coffee and lunch in one hand and my luggage in the other. I want to be able to pull my boarding pass from a pocket around my neck. Isn't that the problem?!? Some others I've researched allow you to stash your boarding pass in a side zip pocket.- Extra deep internal pocket fits any size phone. A single long strap. The coil for adjusting the strap can be threaded into the pocket in such a way that it does not cut into the neck and the two threads hang down. Cheaper versions have two separate threads and a spool behind the neck. All seams are sewn evenly. For men, this means less bulk when tucked into a shirt. - soft mesh fabric on the back - again for people who tuck it into their shirts. - lifetime warranty on zippers and stitching - beautiful. Especially considering the reason I bought these is because the zipper didn't work on a previous bag I owned. As soon as I arrive at my destination. DOUBLE TASK is a big problem for me. When I travel I mainly shop at local farmers markets, bazaars and flea markets. A lady's "tourist handbag" is a source of theft. For this purpose it is PERFECT! All I need is a discreet pocket for my bank card, local currency and phone. It becomes even more unobtrusive when folded to the size of half a pocket. Another reviewer criticized this product (while still recommending another one, which always leaves me skeptical) and one of the main criticisms was about wearing this product under a shirt. I'm not a man but if you want to wear this under your shirt wouldn't it be better to choose something white as most men's shirts are light colored? For everyone else I find it very valuable. The product is unisex and I would highly recommend it to any of my friends.
