Actually, this is the second Nikon binoculars. The first one is also a series of sharks but the magnification is 10x42. Accordingly, he did not suit only the size and weight. I wanted more compact binoculars so that I could take it on a “hike” more often, and not leave it in the room because I was too lazy to drag it. The size 7x35 was chosen as the most optimal in terms of size, exit pupil and dimensions. Actually very happy with the choice. It turned out that the picture in this binoculars is better! More pleasant and clear, noticeably less “shake”, respectively, even at a lower magnification, you can see More (I myself am in shock). Plus, it catches hares even less (and even more so in comparison with the Olympus) Although the edge of the image is not sharp, it is a little annoying. Fortunately, the picture itself and the viewing angle are large, so after a couple of minutes of looking you get used to it. Another plus is the focus distance. I can comfortably examine the frogs in the swamp from a distance of just a couple of meters (maximum 2.5 meters). Already everything is focused, and does not shake. Watching is a pleasure. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase, I hope I will not get lazy and will carry it with me more often.
