My previous pajamas were always medium so I chose medium. When I received these pajama pants, I noticed two important things. 1) They grip my thighs tighter than a boa constrictor, and 2) If you have a penis and balls, take them off before putting them on. these are the most ridiculously uncomfortable pair of pajama bottoms I've ever worn and after about 10 minutes of wearing them I have to walk around in my underwear to take the pressure off my ball sac.
