Broken a week after I was able to return it
Where the cable plugs into the computer the cable cover has come loose from the head which plugs into the computer exposing the wires . The charger still works (heavily taped over), but it's pretty clear that the lifespan of this device is short. As it was 40 days old I couldn't return it but it shouldn't have broken in that time. So it's only a matter of time before I have to buy a new one.
