That's cool. I've been at it for a year.

This is a great supplement. I have taken the best professional bodybuilding supplements and they work better than other well known brands. My muscles recovered much faster. I've read people say you only need protein shakes and BCAAs don't matter. Well, it's pointless. I've been taking protein shakes every day for years and whenever I go back to BCAAs, my recovery time from gym steals and my post-workout energy improve dramatically. BCAAs offer something protein shakes don't, probably because they are better absorbed as BCAAs are best taken on an empty stomach. If you want to maintain muscle mass during a short fast (reduction in body fat percentage), then BCAAs are usually used. As mentioned before, you need to take them on an empty stomach for them to work. I wait three hours after my last meal, then take it and wait another three hours before my next meal. Although I've noticed that a tablespoon or two of sugar in coffee doesn't interfere with absorption. That way I can eat at least some carbs in six hours.
