NO COTTON, 100% POLYESTER.

Also this sheet is very soft, I didn't expect it. The item is NOT COTTON. It's 100% polyester. Very disappointed as I was looking for cotton. The sheet is also not suitable for a normal mattress. It is much more. I'd say it easily fits a mattress 2-3 inches larger than a 28x52.
