Our experience with MessageGears has been amazing. The entire team works incredibly hard to ensure that we have all the tools necessary to succeed. They work with us throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, giving us detailed recommendations, explaining how each new feature will help our business, and always making sure that we are getting exactly what we need. They provide high-quality training so that our team can become familiar with the platform, and they are always available to answer any questions. Pros
- Great user interface.
- Has very good support (via email) and also through live chat and video calls.
- The tool does not cost money as long as you pay for your enterprise license (which includes support).
Cons
- No APIs or BI tools.
- So, if you add a column, then later delete that column, you must recreate the view again.
- If you want to change one of the views, you must recreate the whole view.
