Capacity is correct, seal is ok, steel gauge feels solid. The coloring seems to be quite stable. There are two main problems with this glass: 1. The spout's friction lock slips easily out of the guides, causing potentially horrific spills. They REALLY need to add a way to secure/lock the spout stopper to keep it from slipping out. 2. It could really benefit from a back or back down handle, even just on the side. The fact that the spout can come loose makes it dangerous to support the spout frame in any way. All you have to do is try to hold it by the top handles while you pull the spout safety springs. I have a sore shoulder and accurately pouring 40 pounds of gushing fuel for minutes becomes a nightmare and I'm stronger than the average guy. Both problems have very simple technical solutions. I hope they take this review seriously before someone or their reputation is harmed. Take care.
