Save money. It's a piece of junk. If I could give zero stars I would. I will tell everyone I meet to stay away from this brand. All the people here who praise him are very, very happy unless they happen to write a great review. This is one of the most expensive fans I have ever bought. Yes, fan, no air conditioning. And forget about trying to sleep, it will keep you awake. They have to close their company and forget to make air conditioners. Try opening a church to cheat people out of their money. This piece of shit ruined my whole weekend. It arrived with some smelly grease dripping from the bottom. OK. I checked it out but if you open it you will see that parts and consumables are missing. The window set sucks. Pure garbage. It didn't match my window. So I said let me see if I can handle this with duct tape. Attached you will find photos. A few hours later I tried to cool my small bedroom with it. Nothing. I turned it to 88 which is the biggest. and nothing else. I wanted to get this junk out of sight so quickly that I put it back in the box as soon as possible and only took it to UPS today, the day after receipt. Shipping to the store cost me $15 per can, which is an additional $15 on top of what I already spent plus my time. Do not attempt to obtain product support. I was on the phone for 2 hours until Richard Gee was rude to me. The goal of customer support at Amazon is to get you disconnected from your phone as quickly as possible. Their solution is to force you to return the item in order to get a refund. It solves every problem. It's not like this. It doesn't give me back the time I wasted on the stupid stuff you sold me, nor the damage done to my health from the stress of trying to get the product to work because you gave me something with little or no tools to customize it. . Right now my shoulders, arms and back keep me from having to lift and lug this stuff. AMAZON YOU HAVE LOST A DEAR CUSTOMER. THIS IS ACTUALLY MY LAST YEAR ON PRIME.
