To be honest it only arrived 10 minutes ago. The box has been opened at both ends, so it may have been damaged in transit. A picture shows the box as received, it has been opened at both ends. However, the part of the product that holds the pizza, the spatula, looked good. There was a small piece of metal on the handle to attach the main paddle to the dual rail handle. The clip does not hold and slides freely. The wooden part of the handle, so as not to burn your hands, slips and is very lost. It moves freely along the rails. Checking how it can work, the tree moves freely along the rails and the clip slips off by itself. It might have been damaged in transit but the design seems terrible and there are no instructions. It's back! The two pictures of the grips show a cheap latch that won't snap with the words T-Engine written on it and a wooden piece of the grip that wiggles and slides freely.
