I have been using this comb for over 15 years. I change it every few years but never plan on changing the brand or style. The ball tips at the ends of the bristles and pad design provide a gentle touch to the scalp as you brush through hair, creating a comfortable, light massaging sensation. The brush ages really well, the only thing that happens after years of daily use is that the Revlon lettering on the handle wears away over time and the brush pad eventually detaches from the frame but slides back in with no problem. I have long, thin, straight hair to my waist, if that matters.
