Good quality leather, decent workmanship, stitching is not perfect, and it fits almost everything I was looking for: * keep a driver's license in a clear window without having to remove it to see ID to check. *Retains my main cards fixed in 3 slots on the opposite side (and as others have said, 2 pieces each fit easily). haven't tested this feature yet, but you can see the metal mesh texture in the card slots). As mentioned, the wallet gets "smelly" from the dyeing process and had to air out for days before I wanted to change. and actually put it in his pocket. It's hard to tell from photos, but the zipper has a hematite-like finish (nice touch). Remember this little wallet will be as skinny as you will let it - stuff 2 cards in each slot + tons of stuff inside will affect its size. If, like me, you wear the front pockets of your pants, keep it simple and you'll be very happy!
