4 GB ordered and 4 GB printed on the packaging. It was glued on and seemed "new", but when I installed it, my system only recognized 1GB more RAM than before. Checked BIOS and he agreed, just 1GB more. Turned around, chip pulled out and of course it's 1 GB. Hey, what's happening? Revain will be retransmitting so I just took the time to diagnose the problem. Update: Received replacement and works great. Advise the folks at A-Tech Components to check the return carefully before packing it as new ;)
