I knew from other reviews that washing these pants was going to be a problem but people were somewhere between loving and hating these pants so I gave it a try. I washed my pants cold with other clothes and when I pulled them out of the washing machine I found white flakes on the pants. I thought it was soap powder and threw it in for an extra rinse which caused even MORE white flakes. I put them in the dryer to dry but they are wrinkled and difficult to iron. I'm sending the pants back. Laundry issues aside, the pants just suck. The fabric is stiff and odd, reminding me of the shiny polyester Alfred Danner pants my grandmother owned. If I had felt them in a store I wouldn't have even tried them on, but since I bought them online I wore them to work. They were just "okay". They didn't fit or hug my curves amazingly. They were bulging in odd places and so stiff they didn't hang properly. The waist was comfortable, but at the end of the day the belt kept folding when I sat in a chair and sticking out when I got up. All in all, these pants weren't flattering, incredibly comfortable, or life-changing. It was just cheap pants with a zipper. hard pass.
