Used it on my face, neck and arms for a week and it came off my body easily but the blue one I used stuck to the collar of my white shirt for a while until I washed the shirt with it a few bleach. I'm pretty sure it could work with soap too, but you'd have to be more vigorous when stripping. And if you usually have an oily face or wear glasses, I would advise you to minimize touching your face and wear contact lenses to keep the layers of color from rubbing off.
