These are cute socks and my daughter loves the patterns. The only way to tell where the top and bottom of the sock is is to find an incredibly thick seam that is clearly uncomfortable when your foot is inside the sock. The sock has no shape and after a while the seams on the toes start to unravel. My daughter has autism and has trouble getting dressed. I usually have to help her put her socks on unless she can find the seam herself, and then make sure it's on the top of her leg and not the bottom. It's pretty annoying. You get what you pay for, I wasn't expecting much and I don't think I felt like I was being ripped off. On a positive note, my daughter loves them (the patterns are really cute) and tries to ignore how big the seam is on her toes, but I wish they were made a little better.
