I love it how quickly we can have our photos processed. It also works perfectly for my clients so no complaints there either! Also, the customer support from Alissa has been incredible which is why i use this software over another program because they always get back to me right away if any issue arises. I would say the only downside about removing backgrounds with pixelpro is you do not have access to an online webinar where you could learn all techniques used (if needed) with ease by taking video tutorials through their knowledge base/tutorials section. For quick turnaround times when using portrait portraits especially during events, weddings etc., I highly recommend you try out Pixels Pro as your go between photographer / client liaison tool that solves issues relating to lighting & retouching before sending off files for printing purposes. It's free! You can use it without any hesitation. I am very satisfied with the results. It's easy to use and does not require much knowledge to get started. I have only used the free version, but if you need more features, they offer an upgraded version which has a lot more options for customization. I have removed backgrounds from many photos using this tool. It's a great way to edit your photos and give them a professional touch.
