Great product - excellent Customer Service

It's the best in class. I've used other products from multiple vendors but this one just feels and acts more professional throughout its lifecycle of use which means less support calls etc., when needed as an employer or client. As mentioned above it works seamlessly for both employers and clients so that there isn't much difference between their needs. The only thing i disliked was how some things like creating time cards are not user friendly at all (can be complex). But overall experience has been positive. We started using Eddy a year ago and have seen a big leap up in customer service level among our customers and prospects. This includes handling new accounts or referrals they send as well as account questions they may need assistance with. I like that I can easily add new users and set up their profile information. The app isn't very intuitive to use at first but once you figure it out it's easy enough to use. It takes some time to learn how to use everything in this program. You will be able to keep track of all of your employees' details. This is helpful because if an employee leaves or gets sick, you can quickly get a hold of them.
