Please note, consumers. False claims by manufacturers that their products produce less noise than most "weaker" models. In reality, for a rotation speed of about 1600, the operating noise is much higher than that of average budget models. I'm not sure why some reviews mention low noise; it seems like these individuals either don't get it or were paid to write these reviews. Due to blatant fabrication on the part of the manufacturer, the noise level received a low rating even though it is more-or-less reasonable. However, the flow power actually improves cooling, as it should, for a price that is pretty adequate for such a power and noise level. The cooler is highly ideal for people who need more cooling inside the case and for whom noise level is unimportant. Too little progress has been made to evaluate the quality just yet.
