I sent this back as as soon as I opened it I could tell it wasn't going to be the warm base layer I was hoping for. It has a waffle pattern but is otherwise a regular pair of cotton leggings and a long sleeve t-shirt. The quality seemed decent if that's what you're looking for, but the description led me to believe it was thermal gear.
