I've been trying to prepare dry food for a long time. But with the limited space I have, I can be quite a nuisance. After using it I found it easier to dry off. Having multiple tiers of stackable trays has been extremely helpful when you only have a small kitchen to work with. The design is also intuitive in that I can easily remove any trays I'm not using. And after I'm done with that, I can pack it neatly into a little shape that's barely bigger than a plate. It is also very easy to clean thanks to the removable trays.
