In general the product is very good although the position of the buttons is NOT GOOD given the lack of functional separation and tactile difference. Would welcome an attempt to provide tactile features on the keys to help distinguish them; at least a 1mm high molding rib for two of its 5 buttons. Disconnecting at least one button would also help a lot. Despite their small size, round headphones are only comfortable for a short time. My ears aren't that big, and yet these headphones just sit on top of them and create unwanted pressure, while a more oval or diamond-shaped eartip can also provide a better seal to keep volume down and bass sounding good. The mic is pretty good, delivering good sound without the typical echo in a car or small spaces like other competitors I've tested. Everything works well enough for its price and for that reason I give it 4/5; just needs a little more polishing. A USB-C charging port would also be a welcome improvement.
