I think the white one is best because it exudes sophistication and will only improve with age. There are benefits to it: The price-to-quality ratio of this knife is superb. Negatives: After only a few of months of regular usage, the little blade got dull and the white plastic was damaged by contact with the environment; positives: the yellowing of the edges added an interesting touch.
