Good luck, don't leak, gas truck for plumbing company
It was almost impossible to find a fitting that screwed in deep enough to prevent leakage. Yes I put in the silicone pads they sent you. I've been to our plumbing store 4 times with a valve and every time the pressure increased it leaked. I ended up cutting my own threads at the Rector Shark Bite Fitting and sealing them. Pooh! It's beautiful and looks simple, but if mine didn't cut when knocked, this product sucks!
