Quick Overview: This Wi-Fi adapter worked right out of the box with no setup required. I connected it to a Windows 10 computer and had no problems connecting to my Asus RT-N66U router. I can connect to both 2.4GHz and 5GHz channels. Long story (in case it helps anyone else with my old adapter): I've used a Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wi-Fi adapter in Windows 7 for years with no problems. However, Microsoft's forced update to Windows 10 caused problems with my GFX card (constant crashes) and, as I found out, with my WiFi adapter.
