Delivered on September 13th. Started using on the 14th. I thought it was the best ever. It felt so good on my gums. It was like a mouth massage, but all good things come to an end. It's early November and hasn't been open for a few weeks. Doesn't work, I mean won't turn on. The main unit does not even turn on. To be honest, I was only able to use it for about 5 weeks, so the cost of using it is about $10 per week. As soon as I put it next to the sink, it stopped moving. I turned it on once, but it wouldn't turn on. I walked him around the house thinking it was an outlet. No, it didn't work anymore. I really liked it when it worked, but I won't pay $50 a month for Waterpik. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. It's just another piece of plastic for a landfill.
