Costs money. in kitchen and dining room

I discovered the end of the season and only used it once. That worked very well back then. It was sharp enough to get the job done without crushing the tomato. However, I'm not sure how it works with very ripe tomatoes, which tend to be softer. I'm curious how it behaves on strawberries and the like. It is very easy to use and also easy to maintain. Will definitely buy again if needed.
