The heads do not stay in place. Once I replaced it I found it was very easy to install. When the brush is on, the head vibrates freely. Not sure if this is a new design or fake but very disappointed. Does anyone have the same problem or did I get defective heads? UPDATE: After reading a bunch of reviews I looked at all three heads and noticed that they have these markings on them. One is a triangle, the other a rectangle, and the third a circle. These marks are used to identify the heads when sharing the device. Now triangular and rectangular heads are strong, fit snugly and don't vibrate from the main body. Thus, the only defective head is the one with the circle mark. I contacted Sonicare on their Facebook page. Immediately wrote in the comments that they would get in touch. So hopefully someone will come along soon. SOLUTION: Take a small piece of food grade plastic wrap, place it over the shaft and insert the loose brush head. listed.
