If we try to fix a picture in a frame with flat swivel supports on the back, the frame will break. This causes black splinters of wood to appear on the carpet. Then disassemble, clean and restart. We did this at least 4 times and each time black fragments settled on the white carpet. My husband was so upset that he had to put it aside and decide to try again in a day or two. The problem is that the frame is very flat and the print / mat itself fixes the back very firmly, especially since there is no niche in the inner frame for mounting supports. That's a significant deficit. I'm thinking about returning the frame but it's big and heavy.
