Not fleet is my verdict
It's quite soft and comfortable, but the color is definitely not dark blue. I wanted navy blue and the picture for sale shows navy blue well but as you can see from the photo it is not navy blue. Left is the one I ordered. I compared it to the navy blue shirt I already had on the right. Unsatisfied.
