I used it 3 times, water got into the pocket and wet my phone. I realized this was happening soon enough, so I pulled out my phone in time, wiped off the water, and it worked. But there are other reviewers who said the water got in through part of the button (YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEM) so I checked that part and sure enough water came out of there (I sucked through that part a little, phew , I know haha but that's how I could see there was a hole). Seems to work fine on first use. I think it breaks too easily because of this part as the plastic here is thinner and looks like it was attached separately (rather than the whole case being one piece of plastic). Update: The seller contacted me to apologize for the defective item. They told me that there is a new and improved version of the product in which they fixed the button issue. They sent me a replacement free of charge. Okay I got it. There's also a button, but it appears to be a bit thicker. Looks like they glued a slightly larger plastic circle on top of the other. The plastic circle is also glued on the inside, unlike the previous version where it was glued on the outside. It's cold now so I didn't test it in the pool. Tested with napkin and water bowl and looks good (although the predecessor also passed this test). As soon as I do a real test I will post an update. Note: Upgrade for excellent customer service and free replacement.
