Beautiful in appearance and functionality

I had no idea that this is a knife I will be very happy with because until recently I was the most used to cheap knives in the kitchen. However, I have learned that a good knife makes cooking much easier and safer for me. I'm much less likely to slip because I don't have to press down on the knife as hard to cut off what I want to cut off. The blade is very sharp and holds the edge/blade very well. I use this knife almost every day and am very happy with it. The paring knife is probably the kind I use the most out of all the other knives in the kitchen and I'm glad I found a good one in this one. Aside from how this knife looks, I think what I like best about it is the ergonomics/balance and blade retention. The knife looks great and will also look very nice on the wall thanks to the magnet that keeps your knives on the wall. The balance is really great in my hand and I don't have to change my movements to match or over-match to get the precise shots I'm aiming for. I was also concerned that the knife's finish would make it slippery or reduce traction, but I didn't notice anything of the sort. It's just a really good knife at a slightly higher MSRP than I would like. Pros: Excellent balance, comfort/ergonomics, very good blade retention; stays crisp Lightweight Looks great Minimalist style (some people might not like it as much as I do) Coating hasn't chipped or peeled in about 2 months of use Cons: I wish it was about 10% less than the suggested retail price
