Neck measurements slightly different
I took my measurements and it turned out it would work with a small one. The neckline was too tight, everything else was fine, but because of the neckline, a medium size would have been better, although for a size small, the sizing seemed to work. I was thinking of returning it and getting the carrier but I have to pay to get it back and it's not worth it.
