Remote was missing - my new review

No remote in box. I don’t need it today but might some day. I kept it because I didn’t want to hassle with a return.Audio crackles if you use low quality hdmi cables. The cables work fine without the switch so I guess it’s the extra step. I’m not blaming the switch just be aware.
