Review on Monarch Specialties 3253, Dark Taupe Chrome Accent Metal Base C-Table by Doug Destruction

This table took about five minutes to put together and looks really good if you don't get too close. The worktop is not very convincing as "real" wood, but you can't expect more for the price. I love the clean, simple design and it fits perfectly under my sun lounger when I need to work or just have a cup of coffee and surf the web on my iPad. I read the dimensions and knew what I was getting, but somehow I didn't think it would be as small as it is. When I put my MacBook on my desk to work, there is no room for anything else, not even a cup of tea for example. The only thing I don't like about this table is that it's not as stable as I had hoped. The frame is not strong; It seems like it should be strong, but it's actually not heavy enough not to wobble. If my dog gets too close, the worktop wobbles unreliably and spills full drinks. However, for what I paid for the table, it pretty much does what I wanted and serves its purpose. It's an eye-catching piece and I really like it, it's just not something to mix convincingly with 'real' furniture because it's quite obviously a DIY box table. I expected that too, so I'm not disappointed. All in all I would buy these again.
