*update* Do not believe the reviews on this product. Since I posted this review, the company has been harassing me to remove the review and offering me Revain gift cards for removing the review. The map has improved a bit. The vacuum cleaner returns to its base more often than when I started using it. I didn't even try the wipe function again. As I said in my review, the mop is not worth it. I still think a 3-star rating is appropriate. Three stars in the rating - it's not scary! I will not delete my review. I received this vacuum on a Monday and have used it 3 times as a vacuum and once as a mop (now Thursday). It seems to suck well. My floors look cleaner, and that's the whole point, right? One major downside that I noticed is the display feature. If the vacuum has problems and needs to be reset, the entire map will be reset. The vacuum cleaner no longer remembers where it was and basically restarts from where it was. I haven't been able to do a full clean yet as it keeps resetting and cleaning the same area over and over again. So far, the wipe function has not convinced me. I have to keep an eye on the robot so it doesn't get on my carpets. If I keep an eye on it anyway, I can just wipe it off. The mopping function makes this vacuum a bit more expensive, I wish I knew the mopping function wasn't worth it and just spent the extra money on a slightly better vacuum. I'll try the mop at least one more time and see if anything changes.
