*EDIT* After 2 years this kid is still walking! About every month I take the little handle off the lid and soak it in bleach and it comes out clean! Also, I add a few drops of bleach every time I use it to keep it clean and I haven't done this in the 2 years I've had it so it doesn't ruin the functionality! I also add a few drops of essential oils if I want a scent! Seriously, I bought it in May 2018 and it's September 2020 so it's holding up well! AH-MAZE-ING! A rainbow vacuum and air purifier was demonstrated at our home and it was so expensive! I really liked the air purifier so I took the risk of buying it and it was worth it! With two dogs and a toddler in a house built in the 40's, my house can get pretty smelly and just a few drops of essential oils in it smell amazing! The air seems cleaner when you breathe and the smell of our musty old house is gone! I love love love this thing! If you're on the fence, just do it! You will not regret it!
