Definitely sticky, but will it be removable acceptably from windows and doors in 6 months?

Good, sticky double-sided tape that holds the bubble wrap insulation I've stuck on doors and windows in my cold-climate older home. My biggest concern now? it's whether the extremely thin tape will be easily and completely removable from plastic window frames, from window glass, and from wooden door edges in 6 months' time as planned. If it doesn't come off easily, I"m gonna end up hating life!
